*  With the provided Unlock codes, if you are receiving "Code Error" or  "Sim Network Unlock Unsuccessful,  DO NOT WORRY!  proceed to the  "Trouble Shooting" section on how to proceed.* Make sure "Airplane Mode" and "Wi-Fi" is turned off under wireless connections if your Samsung is an Android device.

How to Enter Unlock Codes on all Samsung Models

Different phones have different Unlock Code Input Instructions, Try the following Instructions in Order:


Method #1Insert   a Non accepted simcard in your phone and power on. Once finished   loading your phone will ask you to enter a code, enter the Unlock Code
Note: Non Accepted Simcard is any simcard not from the original provider
OR
Method #2Go to the dial screen on your phone as if you are going to make a call and press: #7465625*638*UNLOCKCODE# (8 digit unlock code)
OR
Method #3Go to the dial screen on your phone as if you are going to make a call and press: #0111*UNLOCKCODE# (8 digit unlock code)
OR
Method #4Go   to the dial screen on your phone as if you are going to make a call  and  press #7465625*638*# Once prompted for code, enter the 8 digit  Unlock  Code.

If Phone says, "Code Accepted" or "Network Unlock Successful" or "Not Yet Personalized" your phone is fully Unlocked


*If   you are not receiving any signal after unlocking, make sure your   wireless connections are turned on after unlocking the phone. Also pull   the battery and restart phone.

How to Enter Defreeze Code for "Phone Freeze" Samsung Devices(only if your Samsung is Hard locked)
1.Input a non-accepted simcard into the phone.2.Proceed to the dial screen.3.Enter the defreeze code (Freeze code) and press enter, or okay.4.The screen should now ask for the unlock code (Network Code).  Enter the 8 digit unlock code and hit enter.
OR
1. Turn phone on with an unaccepted simcard2. Screen will display “Phone is freeze / SOS”3. Type the unfreeze code (Nothing will show on screen)4. Hit the “Enter Button”5. Phone will ask for the Network lock code6. Enter it as you have received it7. Phone will be unfreeze and unlocked

How do I know my Phone's Network is Fully Unlocked?
Go to the dial screen on your phone, and press *#7465625#
A menu will be displayed that will resemble the following...
1.  Network lock2.  Subset lock3.  SP lock
If everything if OFF, then your phone is fully unlocked.

Trouble Shooting
"Phone Freeze" Message What do I do?
Phone   freeze is a result of the incorrect code being inputted incorrectly too   many times, which means your Samsung device is Hardlocked.  You will   require a Defreeze code and a Network Code to Unlock your phone.
* If you received multiple codes from us in the format below, use the Phone freeze instructions above.
Example:
NETWORK=xxxxxxxx; PROVIDER=xxxxxxxx; SUBPROVIDER=xxxxxxxx; DEFREEZE=xxxxxxxx
*  If  you received a Single code from us, you only have the network code.   If  you are receiving the "phone freeze" message, you will require a   Defreeze code from one of the manufacturer methods.  You can contact us   directly regarding this.

"Code Error" or "Sim Network Unlock Unsuccessful" What do I do?
*   Please check your IMEI number by pressing *#06#, this is the most   common reason the code doesn't work.  If the first 15 digits which   appear is different from the 15 digit IMEI number provided above, please   reply directly to this E-mail.
Otherwise try the following below:

Solution #1
(Samsung Galaxy S2, S3, Note , Note 2)
Follow   these step carefully, as long as you have the correct code it will work   100% (Your phone must be updated to the latest firmware!)
1. Please trouble shoot as usual with the customer, the code must be correct and the phone MUST prompt for the code.
2. If nothing we can proceed to use the "release method" on the phone(s):
a. Go to the Dial pad and dial *#197328640#
b. Please click on number [1] UMTS > [1] Debugging screen > [8] Phone Control > [6] NETWORK LOCK
c. You will see 3 options
d. Please click on number [1] Perso Sha256 INFO, the screen will change slightly
e. Please hit the MENU button then when the menu pops up please carefully hit BACK to return to the previous screen
f. Please click on number [2] Perso Sha256 ON, the screen will change again to a one line message
g. Restart the phone on the screen by holding the power button and click RESTART
h. When the phone prompts for the unlock code simply enter the unlock code
i. Your phone is now permanently unlocked!


(Samsung Galaxy S4 Only)
Follow   these step carefully, as long as you have the correct code it will work   100% (Your phone must be updated to the latest firmware!)1. Make sure that the phone PROMPTS for the code with a NON accepted sim card and that your IMEI is correct by dialing *#06#
a. Go to the Dial pad and dial *#0011#
b.   Please click your MENU button (Bottom LEFT button) and click BACK on   the menu that appears, Nothing will happen do not worry please move to   the next step
c. Please click your MENU button AGAIN and this time click KEY INPUT
d. When the Key input box appears please input the number "1" and hit OK
e. You will see a number 1 for a while, please wait until it changes into the SERVICE MENU
f. Please click [1] UMTS > [1] DEBUGGING SCREEN > [6] Phone Control > [6] Network LOCK
g. You will see 3 OPTIONS within Network LOCK
h. Please click on number [1] Perso Sha256 INFO, the screen will change slightly
i. Please hit the MENU button then when the menu pops up please carefully hit BACK to return to the previous screen
j. Next Please click on number [2] Perso Sha256 ON, the screen will change again to a one line message
k. Restart the phone on the screen by holding the power button and click RESTART
l. When the phone prompts for the unlock code simply enter the unlock code provided to you
m. Your phone is now permanently unlocked!*If this is not working, go to Solution #2


Solution #2
Follow these step carefully, as long as you have the correct code it will work 100%
1.   Power off and on your phone with different network sim card. "SIM   network unlock PIN" or "Enter Network Lock Control Key" screen will   appear.
2. Type your Unfreeze code (MCK code) and hit Unlock button. You will get "unsuccessful message" again but don't worry.
3. Now type the Unlock code (Network or NCK code) and hit Unlock button.
*If phone say "Network Lock Succesful" it worked, but if not, proceed to step 4.
4.  If  you get "unsuccessful" again then hit Dismiss button and type   *2767*3855# on phone keypad.   (CAUTION! This will reformat all your   data!)
5.   After phone restarts, type the Unfreeze code (MCK code) when prompted   to enter "SIM network unlock PIN" or "Enter Network Lock Control Key"   screen and hit unlock button.
It will say "unsuccessful" again, don't worry!
6. Type the Unlock code (Network or NCK code) and hit Unlock button.
7. Your phone should now give you the message "Network Lock Successful"
Now your phone is successfully unlocked!
*If this is not working, go to Solution #3

Solution #3
1. Turn off the Wi-Fi on your phone and then turn device ON without SIM card.
Once it's on go to phone dial screen and DIAL: *7465625*638*#it will bring you to the NETWORK LOCK screen.
- in MCC/MNC field enter code for the service provider your phone is originally from (eg 31026 for T-Mobile USA)

*If your network has more than one mcc/mnc please try all of them this is very important
- in CONTROL KEY field enter the UNLOCK code- hit OK- you should get a message: LOCK SUCCESSFUL
Power phone down, insert SIM card you want your phone to work with and power on.



I can make Calls and Text but I'm not getting Internet Service.
In   this case you will need to adjust what's called the APN settings.  The   APN settings vary depending on the service provider you are trying to   use.  Please contact your service provider and they can assist you   setting this up.  There is no separate unlock for data or internet.  If   you can call or text, your phone's network is fully unlocked.



My Phone is asking for the "PUK" or "Security Pin" or "Password"
If   your phone is asking for one of the above, it is the Simcard personal   password or phone security password NOT the Network Lock which we   provide for you.  You can contact your service provider for this.  Once   you bypass this, you can use the Network Unlock Code provided by us.


My Phone seems to be unlocked but I'm not getting any signal
First   of all, we do request you contact the service provider to make sure   after unlocking your device, your unlocked phone will be compatible on   their network.  Not all GSM phones are compatible with any Network after   unlocking it.  The unlocked phone must be able to support the  Network's  Frequency.  If you are unsure of this, please contact them  regading  this.
After   unlocking your phone, please pull the battery for a couple minutes and   then restart the device.  It may take a few minutes for your phone to   pick up the new signal. Also go to your Network settings on your phone,   and make sure the device can detect the signal from the simcard you are   trying use.

Alternative Code Input Instructions.Follow these step carefully, as long as you have the correct code it will work 100%1.   Power off and on your phone with different network sim card. "SIM   network unlock PIN" or "Enter Network Lock Control Key" screen will   appear.2. Type your Unfreeze code (MCK code) and hit Unlock button. You will get "unsuccessful message" again but don't worry.3. Type the Unlock code (Network or NCK code) and hit Unlock button.4. If you get "unsuccessful" again then hit Dismiss button and type*2767*3855# (CAUTION! This will reformat all your data!)on phone keypad. Now wait until the phone is restarted. This operation will erase all data in your phone!5.   Now type the Unfreeze code (MCK code) when prompted to enter "SIM   network unlock PIN" or "Enter Network Lock Control Key" screen and hit   unlock button. It will say "unsuccessful" again, don't worry!6. Type the Unlock code (Network or NCK code) and hit Unlock button.7. 1. Insert NON Cingular/AT&T SIM into device
2. Power on the device     - Wait approximately 30 seconds until the Sim Lock application   appears (the delay may be longer if the user has already attempted an   unlock with the wrong code)
3. Enter the unlock code in the blank field
4. Press Ok     - If the unlock code is incorrect, an error dialog will appear.    After pressing Ok on this dialog, the user has to re-enter the unlock   code after delays (see above in Device Specific Information)   - If the unlock code is correct, a success dialog will appear.
5. Press Ok   - The device is now unlocked and should continue booting
OR
1.   Insert disallowed simcard (a simcard that the phone does not usaully accept) and enter unlock codes when prompted
2.     NOTE: If you are unable to connect to service provider or unable to   make out going calls or recieve messages, this has nothing to do with   your phone being locked or not, you need to force the BlackJack to   change to GSM mode, this can be done as follows:
Power on your Phone
Enter *#1546792*#
Select Option 3 Network & Call Settings
Select option 5 Network Mode
Select GSM


Without sim alternative i607 / Blackjack


Power on without sim, you will then get a message saying "SIM Failure" at the top of the screen.
Click "Done" then press the green button to get into the dial pad. Type in #7465625*638*
Then it will display "Enter Network Control Key" this is where you enter the 8 digit unlock code. Then click ok
Your phone is now unlocked

Samsung Unlock Code Instructions:

Model : Samsung U900(soul), F480, F490, J700, Z105, Z107, T919, T929
Unlock code is composed like this: #7465625*638*CODE#
1. Press the # button on the keypad 1 time to display #2. Type 74656253. Press the star (*) button on the keypad 1 time4. Type 6385. Press the star (*) button on the keypad 1 time6. Now type in CODE2 we sent you (If phone is still locked with CODE2 try CODE1)7. Press the # button on the keypad 1 time9. phone is unlocked!

Model : Samsung i900 Omnia
1. Insert a sim card from a different network.2. Power ON handset (Make sure wirelesss mode is ON)3. When asked for code, enter Code 24. Now phone should be unlocked5. If Code 2 not working, try again with Code 1.
Model : Samsung J600
Unlock code is composed like this: #0149*MCK# or #0111*NCK#
1. Press the # button on the keypad 1 time to display #2. Type the 4 digit code which corresponds to your lock type (in most cases the MCK code will work with code:1)3. Press the star (*) button on the keypad 1 time4. Type your unlock code which corresponds to your lock type5. Press the # button on the keypad 1 time6. phone should now be unlocked7, If phone is still locked, you have a 2nd lock activated so please check locks and enter 2nd code

Model : Samsung Z320i, Z510i, Z650i

1. Switch ON your phone with a not Accepted SIM Card2. Compose **CODE#
Model : Samsung i560Unlock code is composed like this: #pw+CODE+1#
1. Press the # button on the keypad 1 time to display #2. Press the star (*) button on the keypad 3 times quickly to display p3. Press the star (*) button on the keypad 4 times quickly to display w4. 1 - Switch ON your phone with a not Accepted SIM Card,2 - Phone will ask for "Password",3 - You can now enter the Unlock Code we send to you.

1 - Switch ON your phone with a not Accepted SIM Card,2 - Compose : #0111*CODE#


"PHONE FREEZE: SIM Unavailable":

If   your phone displays this message or similar when inserting an incorrct   sim, you must obtain the Defreeze code from us an do the following:1. Power on phone with wrong sim inside so phone displays "Phone Freeze, SIM unavailable. Please contact service provider"2.   Now type CODE1 (defreeze code) that we supplied you and press "OK",   "Confirm" or the center button  (no digits will be seen on display when   entering this code)3. Now phone will ask you for Network Code, so enter CODE2 (unlock code) and press OK.4. If nothing happens when you enter CODE2, you will need to compose code like this: #7465625*638*CODE2#5. Now your phone should be unlocked.
N.B. If phone does not accept CODE2, and still have no luck with #7465625*638*CODE2# please try step 4 using CODE1



Unlock Instruction for FIDO Samsung i616 Jack

1. Power ON your phone with a FIDO SIM Card that the phone is locked to2. Type #7465625*638*3. Network Lock Screen appear, enter UNLOCK CODE3.  Device is now unlocked

Insert other operator SimCard.Enter "freeze" Code(it will not be visible) and accept with OK key
