Problem in HWK UFS Saras soft

Hi

Friends

I purchased a New UFS From my nearest dealer.But after i purchased that the retailer told that they have no software cd of that UFS.

I brought HWK support site cd from my anather freind.But now after install that the i cant flash any mobile.

now i am in big trouble.
plz help me if any one have any thing about this Flashing box.

          tell me detail about your ufs ..
    is it with hwk or without hwk then i can give you your software
