1 install ,--- hwk support suitesetup_v02.20.000 , 2nd install hwk mojor suite_v02.20.000 i hope your hwk is working try it...........

uninstall all hwk suite

install ccleaner

clean ur p.c

then restart the system

install hwk suite 2.20.000

then update

problem not solve

come to yahoo i.d i try to solve it.........
