guys...i need help...my hwk is not working..after properly installing and carefully followed the instruction...still the software dialog box appeared ang says" no authorized software,please download the latest software in the support site..." what must i do in order for this to work properly...tia

Just REPAIR your main installer- install again the main suite and choose "Repair" option...If still have problem simply download new main setup from original site...

my hwk is working properly now...i just transfered it into another pc...and now its definitely working...tia
