How I can put phone in Factory OS.?Easy, Just need click on "put phone in Factory OS" and select the proper MFI, the soft do all the rest for you.

3- Click on "flash SFI" and select the SFI, if you dont have the SFI file or you dont know what is SFI file, you can install any BB firmware for your model and after install go to \Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\Shared\Loader Files\YOUR_BB_MODEL_VERSION , and find in this folder the *.sfi file,select it, and wait until program finish.
4-Open BlackBerry Device Manager (Loader) and do full flash and Enjoy
