Description : Usb to PC pop up screen is popped when slower plug in AC or Car charger.
Root cause : "Due to HW limitation, if users plug-in China AC slowly enough, only Power/GND pin is connected, but data pin is still not touched. USB driver cannot determine if the cable is USB or China AC."
Solution: "Notify AP for USB cable attached only if USB driver got commands from PC. But this SW workaround can not cover the special case such as USB disk mode is selected but no SD card inserted since there is no command from PC. So we will distinguish the cable only by the level of H/W pin in this case."
