hey, okey, i just buyed chine miracel - Dopodo C99

I whant to get some games, change skins etc....
How can i do that, okey how i understand this program unlock chines mobiles, for it i need some kind of box!?
I dont understund, please tell me more about it, and is it possible buy in i-net becose im from Latvia, and here cant but this miracles
