how to enable java on china anycool phone

am new to the forum, can any one tell how to enable java on the chinese phones, i recently brought a anycool t808, with mt6227 chip set. i try to
a jar/jad file it does not recognize.

SO is there any flash gimmicks i can do to enable this feature..
