hi,

to put your dead MP3/MP4 player to bootmode (aka. DFU mode) follow the following steps...

1. remove the batteries of the player...
2. locate the memory IC (its usually labeled SAMSUNG)...
3. short the pins indicated at the pekture below (you can use precision screwdriver for this)...
4. continue shorting it and connect usb cable...

your PC should detect ADFU device and now you are ready to flash it again...

and install these driver...

note:
para makasiguro, search nyo muna ang datasheet ng flash ic na ginamit ng players nyo, para tama ang pin na iso-short nyo...

my mp4 is stuck on loading and not connecting with computer i tried alot but it dosnt work tell me what can i do for this my usb wire is ok but mp4 not working
