See the RED ARROW to locate the "glass" (Small Crystal IC) to remove.

sir with regards to your problem kindly recheck the contacts of your sim ic pins are level to the contacts cause if one messes out its not worth it . or to better sure that they are connect levely . tyr to take all the balls out then ptu it on the board to make it sure. just slightly wiggle it for sure.
