nokia 6500s-1 Help please !!!!!!!

hi dude i'm using 6500s-1 nokia my upper (+) is not working. When i opend it i saw ic is totaly broken the ic number is z2408 now can any one help me with this problem my phone volume is totally very low i will be thank full plz do this favour
