bb5 flashing problem

hi
i am getting a problem . when i tries to flash a bb5 file.the icon of bb5 opens but page dosent works.
specially nothing show in product just a simple no rm-1.what is this problem can any one help. if some one dont hesitate plz give me you mobile no so i can ask you directly thanks
