For that U must download proper fw(4.0.1) from HERE, and then u must jailbreak with redsnow, or spirit, or blackra1n.All information U can get from this links

you just go to the software shop they defiantly solve your problem. If you have the knowledge of the apple software then download the proper software (fw(4.0.1)).
