help with unlocking w380i

hey, I'm a beginner, plz give me some instructions to unlock w380i. it is lock to Orange.it's unlocked when i got it,but after updating is says "insert correct sim card", plz inform me about softwares & hardwares that i need to unlock it

Sir i had got my number blocked by entering some numbers in dat pin lock sir my number is 9133219988 MEID is A000002B5C6FD1 so please help me and unblock the sim sir and my phone is zte rocker mts.

if U have certificate(with pin and puk) then use it, if blocked puk(entered 3 times wrong), then forgot it, go to Your provider , and fix it with new sim
