I've used all 3 files but still get this error please help!!!

okay guys.. maybe I'm too stupid but first of all: can I open these files just on windows or is it possible to open them on mac too???
then... on my screen it doesn't show such an window as "wizbat" copied with his last post...
and then wich of these 3 parts do I have to open to unlock my iphone????
